Coronavirus News:
Our Commitment to Guest Safety

Here at the West 1077 Guest Ranch, we are devoted to the health and well-being of all our guests, our staff, and the unique and beautiful hill country environment of the ranch. While your health and safety are always of utmost importance to us, due to the current Covid-19 outbreak, we want you to know that we are committed to taking all necessary steps to protect our guests from this virus.

Although the threat of contracting the coronavirus continues to be low in this area, we are taking thorough precautionary measures. Our kitchen, lodge, and cabins are being cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC regulations. We are disinfecting high touch areas, wiping down all countertops, tables, chairs, remotes, light switches, restrooms, faucets, etc. with Lysol wipes multiple times a day. Hand sanitizers are available at the lodge, and guests are encouraged to use them frequently. Our staff maintains a high level of personal hygiene, including frequent hand washing and the wearing of gloves when handling food and dishes. We have also placed wipes in the lodge and cabins for people who wish to wipe down items themselves.

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, healthy environment where people come to relax, socialize and engage with nature.

As travel is precarious now, we are relaxing our cancellation policy. Reservations that need to be cancelled or re-booked between now and June 1s, will receive a full refund of the deposit.

If you have questions or concerns about a booking, please contact our Guest Services Manager, Angela Petersen. Email: info@west1077.com. Phone: (830) 796-5675.

Thank you.
